Victor completes in Davis Cup tournaments in almost every year of his entire professional career (2001-2011).
He wins the qualifying match against Belarus and brings Romania to the Quarter Finals of the Davis Cup (2005).
Victor is currently the main representative of the Romanian team in Davis Cup tournaments.
